We most typically see this error when a customer gets a new iPhone.
Follow these instructions to resolve this problem:
Uninstall the Control4 app.
Download and install the Control 4 app again. Found here: Link
Follow the steps in the app to re-enter your settings (this works best when you are connected to your home's Wi-Fi).

(Typically a Kraus provided email ending in "@remote.kraushi-tech.com")

(your password)

Log-in with your Control4 credentials (the same credentials you use for the app).
Ensure you have an active 4Sight license (indicated when you first sign in).

Typically, this is a symptom of something wrong with the modem or the internet service.
Steps that can be taken:
1. Reboot Modem and/or Router.
2. Call your internet service provider to ensure there is no outage in your area.
Racks can be very intimidating as there is so much equipment and knowing what button to press can be confusing. Most Kraus racks feature a smart power conditioner installed at the top.
See the video below for an example of the button to press. Typically, pressing and holding the power button will commence the shutdown sequence. Allow at least 30 seconds to pass before pressing the power button again.
