  • Which app do I use to connect to my smart home?
    We offer several smart home solutions. The most common control systems we offer are Control4 and Savant. Here are the apps for each: Control4: iPhone Android Savant: iPhone Android
  • I get an "Unable to connect error" with my Control4 app..."
    We most typically see this error when a customer gets a new iPhone. Follow these instructions to resolve this problem: Uninstall the Control4 app. Download and install the Control 4 app again. Found here: Link Follow the steps in the app to re-enter your settings (this works best when you are connected to your home's Wi-Fi). System Name: (Whatever name you want) Email: (Typically a Kraus provided email ending in "@remote.kraushi-tech.com") Password: (your password) If you still experience problems reach out to our support department
  • How do I connect my Control4 system to Alexa?
    Visit customer.control4.com. Log-in with your Control4 credentials (the same credentials you use for the app). Ensure you have an active 4Sight license (indicated when you first sign in). Read further using the Alexa Quick Start Guide. Download
  • My control system works, but I cannot connect to the internet..."
    Typically, this is a symptom of something wrong with the modem or the internet service. Steps that can be taken: 1. Reboot Modem and/or Router. 2. Call your internet service provider to ensure there is no outage in your area.
  • How I do I reboot my rack?
    Racks can be very intimidating as there is so much equipment and knowing what button to press can be confusing. Most Kraus racks feature a smart power conditioner installed at the top. See the video below for an example of the button to press. Typically, pressing and holding the power button will commence the shutdown sequence. Allow at least 30 seconds to pass before pressing the power button again.
